The Sailor 6120 mini-C satellite terminal meets all requirements of the Ship Safety and Warning System for use on ships of more than 600 GT as a means of reporting pirate attacks to the competent authority of the ship's flag . It has a module of 50 GPS channels that ensures a fast and secure positioning of the ship.

The Sailor 6120 mini-C SSAS is approved by Inmarsat and by most of the public and private sector administrations. In addition to its primary functionalities as an SSAS alert carrier, the Sailor 6120 mini-C SSAS can also function as LRIT.
